On receipt of your request, we may request additional information to verify your identity and the validity of your request. While we strive to provide to appropriately answer all Requests within 10 days of receiving the Request, the Company has up to forty-five (45) days to respond. If we need additional time, we may also inform you that we need up to forty-five (45) additional days to respond and the reason(s) for the additional time.
